    企业管理制度遭遇80后反制

    眼下正心情烦闷着!不为那工作的烦锁,倒是与前辈的沟通。

          如今企业正值新老更替的时候,作为80后,不是不敬重老前辈,而是老前辈有意刁难。在他们眼中啊!认为规规矩矩就能做好事情。好好听话就是个企业需要的好员工。在他们眼中,企业的规则不容打破,事情的始末必须按部就班。特别不能忍受的是跨部门来干涉,而且暗渡陈沧的来挑起事端。这个年代可以有另类出现,面对父母都能叛逆何况一个不直接从属的部门老总。

    可能要说不能适应社会的人都将淘汰出局,这句话出现频率太多,早已不是什么新闻!矛头指向80后倒觉得有些骇人听闻!但是还有一句古语是这样说的,长江后浪推前浪,自古新人换旧人。既然知道这一事实,我想就不会太难沟通了。历史依然向前在推进,企业的变革也将随着一代人的转移而深远!在历史上还从未听说有一代人全部消失过,是时候企业体制变革了!

    80后一代虽谈不上很有资历,但一定很有效率!正是这种效率让老前辈们感觉到压力了吧?看看事实,现如今多少准CEO正在各自的部门中担当主角。年轻是不争的事实!我们理解您的压力,必竟您当年做到这一职位确是煞费苦心。而今并驾齐驱多少有些心里不爽!领导的核心价值并没发生改变,要获得敬重靠打压是没有任何意义的,我们理解这一事态就如当今的中国崛起遭遇美国的打压!如果真是这样,相信这一代人吧。一种手段施展必定有一种方法的反制!

    不喜欢沟心斗角的游戏!是我们这一代普遍的行事观。用于打理无价值的矛盾还不如痛快的玩回游戏!我们理解不喜欢这种行事标准前辈,我们也不想一朝就把您们的主流价值观改变,我们需要的只是一点点灵活的管理方式。灵活自主的私人生活。个人与企业或有一种较流行的用语人性化的管理

    看待事物有两面性:一是感观,二是推理。作为80后的领导思想,我们有理由正确判断自己的未来方向。现在依然敬重您而不是威胁您!对于一种思想的冲突我们不视为挑战!
